Computerland and NRB, both Belgian ICT service providers, have decided to join forces. The objective: to expand their service offering to better meet the needs of their customers and the imperatives of digital transformation. The need for this transformation has undoubtedly been accelerated by the coronavirus crisis and will be a key element in the post-crisis economic recovery.
NewB, the new Belgian cooperative bank that obtained its banking licenses in January of this year, has signed a five-year contract with the Belgian IT service provider NRB for the outsourcing of its ICT systems.
NRB acquires People & Technology, a company based in Brabant Wallon, active in consulting and support for business projects by mobilising skills and expertise in the field of ICT. With this takeover, NRB is strengthening its managed staffing offer, as provided for in its industrial plan.
Brussels-based HR services group Partena Professional, which employs 1,900 people, has extended its contract with NRB for the outsourcing of its IBM Mainframe and AS/400 by four years.
