Chief Executive Officer Chris De Hous (51) of the Belgian ICT service provider Trasys, recently acquired by The NRB Group, is leaving the company on the 31st of December 2015.

The Belgian Competition Authority gave its formal consent to the purchase of Trasys Group shares by NRB on the 22nd of October.

NRB and ULiège have joined forces to create a Chair dedicated to the research and development of AI and, more specifically, LLMs (Large Language Models).

NRB Group, a leader in ICT in Belgium, deployed its teams and its technological solutions to ensure the voting went smoothly during the local and provincial elections. Thanks to the unprecedented mobilization of 250 employees and the support of its subsidiaries, the Group played a key role in the smooth organization of the counting operations, the compilation of the results, the management of the electoral lists and the declaration of candidates’ expenses.
