Ethics charter
The NRB Group’s Ethics Charter brings together, in a reference document, the fundamental ethical principles that guide all the Group entities and their employees. It reflects our commitment to conducting our business with integrity, loyalty and respect, and sets out expectations regarding behaviour, particularly with regard to the confidentiality of sensitive information.

Whistleblowing
The whistleblowing policy offers anyone working within the Group or under its supervision the opportunity to report any wrongdoing, whether proven or potential, confidentially, anonymously or not, and without fear of reprisals. The system in place ensures that these reports are forwarded directly to a reporting manager, without going through the traditional hierarchical channels. It aims to protect whistleblowers and ensure that reports are handled appropriately, in strict compliance with confidentiality.
Code of conduct
NRB’s code of conduct is based on ethics and transparency. We are committed to preventing all forms of corruption, rigorously managing conflicts of interest and complying with the applicable legislation, particularly that relating to competition, anti-money laundering and illegal financing.
Our policy on gifts and benefits ensures that decisions are taken objectively. All of these principles help to maintain the trust of our clients, partners and employees.
Modern slavery act
In accordance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 (United Kingdom), NRB has established a series of measures to prevent any form of slavery or human trafficking, whether in its internal activities or in its supply chain. This approach is part of a firm commitment to respect fundamental rights at every stage of our operations.
