For the first time, NRB, one of the most important employers in the Belgian IT sector, has obtained the “Top Employer 2021” certification. This certification recognises our innovative and sound HR practices, as well as our commitment to providing our employees with a fulfilling and friendly work environment. NRB is the first company in the province of Liège to obtain this certification.
Auditors from the Top Employers Institute have awarded NRB “Top Employer 2021” certification, after an in-depth analysis of all our human resources management practices and of the way we are communicating them to our collaborators: policies on talent management, the work environment, recruitment, training, skills development, wellbeing at work and so forth.
This recognition highlights the comprehensive efforts NRB makes to provide its employees with a work environment in which they can flourish, develop and acquire new skills, in our characteristically friendly atmosphere. The diversity of our business lines is an undeniable asset in terms of development prospects for everyone and offers the opportunity to work on a variety of different projects.

In 2020, close to 170 new employees joined the company. In 2021, we plan to recruit another 100 employees, including both experienced and junior profiles from all the IT professions. Juniors are ensured specific support by expert colleagues, to enable their integration and development within the teams.
