The Board of Directors of the NRB Group has decided to entrust its Managing Director, André Vanden Camp, with responsibility for the day-to-day management of the company. The NRB Group, which has undergone significant growth, still has enormous potential. Today, the accent is on consolidation of its assets and acceleration of its transformation, with a view to responding to its clients’ needs and surpassing their expectations.
At the end of 2022, the Board of Directors of NRB approved a new strategic plan focused on client satisfaction. This plan goes far beyond continued growth, with the deployment of new services and investments in cutting-edge technologies, in particular the 5G network. Above all, it aims to transform the company and its subsidiaries, in order to continue to be a preferred partner for its clients in a rapidly changing market.
To implement this ambitious strategy and coordinate the transformation of the Group, the Board of Directors had appointed André Vanden Camp as Managing Director.
Today, he takes over the daily management in its entirety. André Vanden Camp has held a number of top management positions and has proven expertise in IT strategy. He can rely on the support of a Management Committee with enhanced skills.
Since the beginning of the year, Melchior Wathelet has been in charge of the Group’s commercial management, while Michael Boeckx and Olivier Lallemand have been acting as Chief Operations Officer, one for everything to do with infrastructure and the other for everything to do with applications. Florence Vanderthommen joined the Group as CFO at the beginning of May, and Anne Gemine remains in charge of the Human Resources department. Henri Thonnart leaves the NRB Group. On behalf of the Board of Directors and the Management Committee, we want to express our gratitude to Henri Thonnart for his long career at NRB.
Philippe Lallemand, President of the Board of Directors at NRB said: "NRB is an outstanding company, which has considerable potential for growth. Eager to bring real added value to our clients and to be responsive to market developments, we are determined to remain a player of choice, by drawing on the skills of our 3,500 employees."
