To effectively implement its strategic transformation plan, NRB will soon identify high-quality replacements who possess the specific skills required to successfully lead these changes. André Vanden Camp, Managing Director of the NRB Group, stresses, “Our strategic plan is crucially important in our ongoing drive for operational excellence and innovation. We want to respond even better to our clients’ needs and to exceed their expectations. On behalf of myself, the Board and the Management Committee, I would like to express our gratitude to Anne Gemine and Melchior Wathelet for their collaboration and their commitment. We wish them all the best in their future projects and are convinced that they will continue to provide added value in their new ventures.”

I look forward enthusiastically to exploring new professional horizons. I would like to express my deep gratitude and heartfelt thanks to our colleagues. Their dedication and the team spirit at NRB are the pillars of the industrial flagship that we are and that we must remain. Together, we have made a difference. I would also like to thank the members of the Management Committee and the Board for their trust and their support over the years. I am already looking forward to NRB’s future successes, which I shall follow but from a little further away!”

Anne Gemine, outgoing Chief HR Officer, adds, “After 11 years at NRB, it is time for me to move on to new professional challenges. I leave this job as CHRO with gratitude for this rewarding experience with much valued colleagues, and I am ready to embrace the opportunities that await me.”

The search for new talent is underway to fill the vacant positions of Chief HR Officer and Chief Commercial Officer. The aim is to build a solid management team, aligned with the company’s growth and development objectives, to guide NRB and its employees into a prosperous future. Meanwhile, these roles will be filled ad interim by highly qualified members of our in-house teams.
