NRB retains its ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certification after a successful follow-up audit at the start of this year. Our good practices concerning quality management and information security testify to the quality service the company delivers to its clients.
During a two-week period, the BSI external auditor analyzed various company processes, such as Change Management, recruitment, client satisfaction and management of the Data Centers.
The results revealed no major non-conformities. On the contrary, the audit underlined the company’s growing maturity in terms of quality management and data security. “These ISO 9001 and 27001 certifications are vital for NRB. As an IT service provider, we make it a point of honor to offer solutions that are truly adapted to market requirements and our clients’ expectations, particularly in terms of cybersecurity. The external auditor’s report also highlights our determination to continually improve all our practices in order to offer reliable and innovative service”, explains Emmanuelle Lhermitte, Director of Quality & Risk at NRB.
The successful completion of this follow-up audit means that the company’s ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certification will be valid till 2025.
