NRB won the “HR Policy promoting Open Education” award at the presentation ceremony organised in Paris by the Edflex company. Our company was honoured for the launch of its LUCY online training platform.
A prestigious jury, made up of players from companies such as Renault, Engie and Bouygues Telecom, awarded NRB for the performance of its online training platform. The “HR policy promoting Open Education” award was received during the “Open Education night” ceremony, organised in Paris by Edflex, a company specialising in digital training.
LUCY, an acronym for “Learn-Understand-Collaborate-Yearlong”, facilitates access to qualitative training for all its employees and offers a complete catalogue covering many topics in line with our internal policy.
Since the launch of the platform on April 24, 2023, three major training courses have been identified: the right to disconnect, 5G connectivity, and a managerial course entitled “Our ambition for every manager: to be a Leader, a Manager & a Coach”. These different topics have met with great success with employees.
The success of the LUCY platform further highlights the success of our ESG policy, which aims, among other things, to encourage each employee to follow training to strengthen the expertise within our company. These skills and qualifications are essential to meet the needs of our customers with relevance, performance and anticipation of technological developments.
