NRB's certifications to ISO 9001:2015 (Quality) and ISO27001:2013 (Safety) have just been reconfirmed for a further three years.
These certifications are confirmed after the audit visits to our Herstal, Heverlee and Athens sites in February and March 2019 by BSI, the certification company.
Why these certifications?
These certifications are essential for some of our customers and prospects. They are now an integral part of the requirements of most major customer specifications. They ensure that we work according to the best practice specifications established by these standards.
What are the implications?
These certifications help to demonstrate to the various stakeholders that NRB is operating effectively. Obtaining and maintaining these certifications proves that NRB is constantly improving. The regular (annual) evaluation process encourages the responsibility, involvement and motivation of all the company's employees.
Which team worked on the re-certification?
Obtaining and maintaining these certifications is a major corporate objective supported by the Management. It requires the participation of everyone within the company: from Process Owners who define the most appropriate way of working, to Team Leaders who ensure that best practices are respected and applied, to the Quality & Risk Management team who manage the Management Systems (Quality and Safety) across the company.
